Update the naming convention used in the network stack functions and
variables that Ethernet drivers use to interact with it.
This cleans up the temporary hacks that were added to this interface
along with the DM support.
This patch has a few remaining checkpatch.pl failures that would be out
of the scope of this patch to fix (drivers that are in gross violation
of checkpatch.pl).

The following error was seen on impa7 board, due to its use of a 32-bit bus
on CS8900.
cs8900.c:137:37: error: macro "get_reg_init_bus" passed 2 arguments, but takes just 1
This patch gives the macro the correct number of arguments

All in-tree boards that use this controller have CONFIG_NET_MULTI added
Also:
- changed CONFIG_DRIVER_CS8900 to CONFIG_CS8900
- changed CS8900_BASE to CONFIG_CS8900_BASE
- changed CS8900_BUS?? to CONFIG_CS8900_BUS??
- cleaned up line lengths
- modified VCMA9 command function that accesses the device
- removed MAC address initialization from lib_arm/board.c

The environment is the canonical storage location of the mac address, so
we're killing off the global data location and moving everything to
querying the env directly.
The cs8900 driver also changes slightly in that the hardware is not
consulted if the mac address in the env is sane.
