CONFIG_SYS_QE_FW_ADDR
CONFIG_SYS_QE_FMAN_FW_ADDR is used to both Fman and QE for microcode address.
Now using CONFIG_SYS_FMAN_FW_ADDR for Fman microcode address,
and CONFIG_SYS_QE_FW_ADDR for QE microcode address.

We do not have to define CONFIG_MPC83xx in board config headers
because it is defined in arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc83xx/config.mk.

Remove it from the processor specific headers. This is
already defined in the common header km83xx.h.

On this board we are using hard floating point, so select the correct
toolchain.
