All SH boards define a checkboard() function which outputs basic board
information on boot, however generic board support requires to define
CONFIG_DISPLAY_BOARDINFO to do that, so define it for the boards.

By default this undef is a noop, moreover at this point when the
platform support is broken is prevents debugging of U-boot by manual
insertion of #define DEBUG into common files, so it makes sense to
remove the option from all SH boards as a harmful one.

include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

This commit moves CONFIG_SH2, CONFIG_SH2A, CONFIG_SH3, CONFIG_SH4
to Kconfig renaming into CONFIG_CPU_SH2, CONFIG_CPU_SH2A,
CONFIG_CPU_SH3, CONFIG_CPU_SH4, respectively because
arch/sh/Kconfig of Linux uses CONFIG_CPU_SH* convention.

CONFIG_SYS_HZ of SH2 is not used as frequency of base timer. This is the
correct clock of CMT.
This changes from CONFIG_SYS_HZ to CONFIG_SH_CMT_CLK_FREQ, in order to use
CONFIG_SYS_HZ as clock of CMT.

CONFIG_SH2 was already defined in arch/sh/sh2/config.mk.
This removes CONFIG_SH2 from board config files of SH2.

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

This changes clock definition of SCIF from CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ to
CONFIG_SH_SCIF_CLK_FREQ, and clock definition of TMU from CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ to
CONFIG_SH_TMU_CLK_FREQ for boards.

The generalised calculation of the serial bit rate reg also applies
to sh7264, it was just the clock speed that was set incorrectly.

Adjusted default settings so that we can boot zImages and uImages.
Removed unused settings, use default commands and where possible
calculate all other settings.

The rsk7264 (also know as rsk2+sh7264) is an SH2A based board
with 64MB NAND flash and 64MB SDRAM. It is very similar to the
rsk7203 board.
