Currently DT compatibility strings of both types can be found in the kernel
sources: <unit>-<soc> and <soc>-<unit>, whereas a unique format should be
followed and the former one is preferred. This patch converts the SDHI
MMC driver and its users to the common standard. This is safe for now, since
ATM no real products are using this driver with DT.

So far only the SDHI implementation uses TMIO MMC with DMA. That way a DMA
channel filter function, defined in the TMIO driver wasn't a problem.
However, such a filter function is DMA controller specific. Since the SDHI
glue is only running on systems with the SHDMA DMA controller, the filter
function can safely be provided by it. Move it into SDHI.

based card detection and isn't used anymore since the migration to GPIO-
based MMC slot functions. Remove it.

tmio-mmc platform flags can be set by various means, including caller
drivers and device-tree bindings, therefore it is better to only check
them in the tmio-mmc driver proper, not in caller drivers themselves.

Pull driver core updates from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here's the large driver core updates for 3.8-rc1.
The biggest thing here is the various __dev* marking removals. This
is going to be a pain for the merge with different subsystem trees, I
know, but all of the patches included here have been ACKed by their
various subsystem maintainers, as they wanted them to go through here.
If this is too much of a pain, I can pull all of them out of this tree
and just send you one with the other fixes/updates and then, after
3.8-rc1 is out, do the rest of the removals to ensure we catch them
all, it's up to you. The merges should all be trivial, and Stephen
has been doing them all in linux-next for a few weeks now quite
easily.
Other than the __dev* marking removals, there's nothing major here,
some firmware loading updates and other minor things in the driver
core.
All of these have (much to Stephen's annoyance), been in linux-next
for a while.

SDHI only uses one clock, all ARM and SuperH platform register SDHI clock
lookup entries with no connection ID, hence it can be dropped in the
driver too.

During its probing the SDHI driver prints out the clock frequency, but
does it wrongly, always reporting 0Hz. Use the MMC host frequency value
to fix this issue.

Currently the SDHI glue for the TMIO MMC driver installs dummy .get_cd() and
.set_pwr() callbacks even if the platform didn't supply them. This is not
necessary, since the TMIO MMC driver itself checks for NULL callbacks. This
is also dubious if the platform provides a regulator for SD-card power
switching. It is better to only install those callbacks, if they are really
provided by the platform.

Instead of delivering one static clock frequency value, read from the
hardware during probing, enable the tmio-mmc driver to re-read the
frequency dynamically.

Currently if a platform wants to implement a non-standard card-detection
method, it would need to call tmio_mmc_cd_wakeup(), which is an inline
function, calling mmc_detect_change(). For this the platform would have
to link mmc_core statically into the kernel, losing the ability to build
it as a module. This patch adds a callback to the sh_mobile_sdhi driver,
which eliminates this dependency.

On sh-mobile platforms the MMC clock frequency for the TMIO MMC unit is
obtained from the same clock, as the one, that runtime power-manages the
controller. The SDHI glue code has to access that clock directly,
bypassing the runtime PM framework, to get its frequency, but it
shouldn't enable or disable it.

Allow named IRQs to use corresponding specific handlers. If named IRQs are
used, at least an "sdcard" IRQ has to be specified by the platform. If
names are not used, an arbitrary number of IRQs can be provided by the
platform, in which case the generic ISR will be used for each of them.

Some controllers require waiting for the bus to become idle
before writing to some registers. I have implemented this
by adding a hook to sd_ctrl_write16() and implementing
a hook for SDHI which waits for the bus to become idle.

Convert the SDHI code to support more than a single interrupt source.
Needed to support hardware that uses GIC instead of INTC as interrupt
controller.
Will also allow us to remove the irq forwarding workaround from the
INTC code in the future.

Instead of printing out useless information such as the virtual base
address and one of 4 interrupts, convert the SDHI probe() to print
out physical base address together with clock rate.
We do have a struct device so make use of dev_info().

Modify the SDHI driver to get rid of unwanted irq flags.
IRQF_DISABLED unused, see include/linux/interrupt.h
IRQF_TRIGGER_FALLING only relevant on external IRQ pins,
but since SDHI is internal in the SoC this can go away.
Needed to support SDHI on sh73a0 that comes with a GIC
that errors out with the IRQF_TRIGGER_FALLING setting.

Move request_irq()/free_irq() from the shared code
in tmio_mmc.c into the SDHI/tmio specific portion
in sh_mobile_sdhi.c and tmio_mmc_pio.c.
This is ground work to allow us to adjust the SDHI
code with IRQ flags and number of interupt sources.

Add runtime and system-wide power management to the TMIO MMC driver
in PIO and DMA modes, allowing it to properly save and restore its
state during system suspend. Runtime PM is very crude ATM, because
the controller has to be powered on all the time to detect card
hotplug events.

On sh-mobile platforms the SDHI driver was using the tmio_mmc SD/SDIO
MFD cell driver. Now that the tmio_mmc driver has been split into a
core and a separate MFD glue, we can support SDHI natively without the
need to emulate an MFD controller. This also allows to support systems
with an on-SoC SDHI controller and a separate MFD with a TMIO core.
